Standard Rates:
Monday to Friday (8am – 6pm): £90.00 per hour + VAT, minimum of one hour, then 30 minute charges of £45.00 + VAT after the first hour.
After 6pm & on Saturdays: £115.00 per hour + VAT, minimum of one hour, then 30 minute charges of £57.50 + VAT after the first hour.
Drain Blockages:
Mondays to Fridays (8am – 6pm)
Blockages £95.00 + VAT per hour after the first hour then 30 minute charges of £47.50+vat
After 6pm & Saturdays:
Blockages £120.00 + VAT per hour
Commercial Plumbing Services:
Hourly rate: 8am ‐ 6pm £120.00 + VAT (Monday to Friday)
CP42 Gas Safety Check : Call office for prices, depending on how many appliances.
Commercial boiler service upto 125kw: £220.00 + VAT
125kw-250kw: £330.00 + VAT.

After 6pm & on Saturdays:
1 appliance £100.00+vat
2 appliances boiler and hob £120.00+vat boiler and gas fire £130.00 + vat
